How should the internal mixer discharge water?

If the internal mixer leaks water, first check whether the production raw materials contain a large amount of water. If not, see whether the rubber mouth of the car is perfect, and then try the rotor, internal mixing chamber, discharge door and hammer to observe the leakage position.


The internal mixer is difficult to leak water. The main reason for this is carbon black, because carbon black will absorb water in the air, and a large amount of water vapor will be generated at the mixing temperature of about 100 degrees. The accumulated water during rubber discharge will be mistaken for internal mixer leakage. The way to eliminate water vapor is to lift the gland several times during each mixing process to discharge the water vapor, so that there will be no water.
